It’s a good, reliable hotel for a couple of nights. It’s also reasonably priced if you book well in advance. However, the restaurant closes at 10:30pm and after that there is absolutely nothing to eat. The bar serves only drinks. There are even no nibbles (peanuts, crisps). Nothing
That has been the first time I stayed here in almost five years, but the quality of service is as good as always. My stay was short and intensive, but all my requirements have been met or exceeded. Well done!
We were at the Red Ibis, the Blue is without any frills. They are next to each other. Book early for better pricing, decent clean comfortable rooms. there is a bar restaurant in the hotel but looked pricey. Any food locations are a 20 min walk to shopping mall / 10 min to the Train station / 10 min major intersection). We stayed there en route so the proximity to the train station was our priority, though getting into the 'old town' was only 2 buses (136 to Plocka and 26 to Stare Misato).
Fantastic hotel, comfy beds, convenient bats, great food. Very easy access to amenities. Lots of places to visit and beautiful views. Love it every time. Great customer service. Would be nice to have more TV channels with English language. Thank you
Nice hotel! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Good breakfast! Location is a bit uncomfortable. Excellent service and courteous. We flew early in the morning. We were allowed breakfast at six in the morning
Arrived after midnight directly from the airport. Check in was fast, room was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was diverse and got our day started properly. This hotel is exactly what we expect from an Ibis - a spotless place to stay for a night and start the new day refreshed. (With excellent value for money)
I found a very nice and friendly atmosphere, good food. It would be useful to have a safe in the room but I could get one in the reception anyway. The location is very good as far as airport is concerned. It takes typically 20 min by tram or bus to the down town but this is OK as there are many buses and trams in the neighbourhood.
The room was really OK, I think that breakfast is a bit overpriced. Staff is friendly. Location is close to Warszawa Zachodnia station. (I find it nonsense that the window requires 200 tokens, so I just fill the space.)
Another good ibis! Perfect choice for a weekend stay in Warsaw - not so far to the city centre, excelent value for money, nice and clean room with well-equiped bathroom. You won't leave the hotel disappointed.
I always choose Ibis Retuda or its cheaper sister - Budget one. However, recently I've decided to become loyal to a chain of hotels and I chose Accorhotels. However, when I arrived at this hotel, the lady didn't really seem to bother to serve (not mentioning that no welcome drink was offered). I know these are the small things, but for that reason many people chose to be loyal customers. I really enjoy staying at Ibis, but this time I didn't feel welcome. Plus, I was given an iron that doesn't work thus I couldn't get my suit ready for my meeting the following day. The rooms are wonderful - generally I am always happy with both Ibis Retuda and Retuda Budget hotels - but this time - it wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be.
Location is good, close to both airport and railway station. Shopping mall is in walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Room and bathroom are a bit small. Also, you have to use your key in the elevator to reach your level. This is uncomfortable.
Good room in a location that was adequate for my purpose. It had free Wi-fi, which was very good, and good breakfast also. Average price, I would say good for what it offers. Bathroom ok. Don't expect luxury, but it's an above average accommodation good especially if you are on a business trip or on a tight budget.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is Ok, close to the railway station and to a shopping mall. We found the room very clean and pleasant, and the staff very friendly. Great for a stop-over in Warsaw.
Great time at the hotel, warm, comfortable, clean. Breakfast is very good. The night we ate at the hotel restaurant at very good prices and nice dishes. With the help of google maps we moved comfortably anywhere in Warsaw wanted with day ticket 3.60 €. The cold enough, but right outfit treats. From Airport Modlin we came to the hotel by 20 €, 2 people with AB Everest and we left 10 € for Chopin Airport by taxi, they closed it from the hotel. Overall our stay in Warsaw, both in the hotel as the city was amazing. Finally, the wi-fi was very good.
New IBIS Hotel with 3 Star facylities and very helpful and professional (female) staff. Not located in city center and kind of spooky area but with tram and bus in 20 min in the center. Breakfast at weekend unfortunally only until 10 am and there is no place around to grab a bite. The director/Boss (male) seems a bit overstressed but the athmosphere is familiar and friendly. In summer there is a nice terrace (not very clean) and the Hotel offers nice corner family rooms. A reasonable alternative when the City Hotels are fully booked or to expencive.
This is a modern hotel with very good air conditioning (very important in the August heat!) and professional staff. The rooms look nice and the WiFi is fast. It has good connections to the center and to Chopin Airport as the train station is a 7 minute walk away (just cross the park). However, it is not advisable to walk in the park late at night as it is not well lit and the vicinity is highway. Despite being near Highways the rooms are completely silent thanks to the noise free windows. The Breakfast is healthy and themed around apples (good fresh salads, fresh fruit, citrus etc.) but unfortunately it only offer eggs in the form of scrambled eggs. Anyone who is familiar with Poles will know the Poles hardly ever fry their scrambled eggs and so the result is a liquidy, gooey, over all unappetizing version of scrambled eggs that can also be a health hazard because the outside temperature is 36c this summer and eggs must be cooked well or they spread salmonella bacteria. Another problem is the pillows in the rooms are not comfortable at all. they are very large and hurt necks. I substituted them for 2 towels... Despite these shortcomings I am giving 5 tripadvisor stars because of the excellent value for money and the dedicated service.
Everything was perfect except the bed was too hard for me (but obviously just a personal issue) and the breakfast, whilst of a very good quality, was somewhat lacking in breadth. Would definitely return though. Bathroom was highly impressive. Taxis are cheap and easy to arrange into the city centre.
You would not expect luxury from IBIS, but hotel is quite new, with parking and reasonable rooms. Location close to one on mail railway stations (Zachodnia), city centre to be reached by public transport or taxi.
the stay very very nice. the hotel is nicely located in the area of bus station. the staff was extremely helpful, my wife had migrene and they allowed us to extend our stay for 4 hours without any extra cost. I can without any hesitation recommend this hotel
Location is good close to one of main railway stations not too far from airport. Hotel is just OK, just average, one could expect that Ibis will be nicer design as I've seen in other locations. Anyway ok for one night!
