Fitness Package
If you're looking for the optimum way to get in shape
Your accommodation :
- 7 nights in a hotel at traditional half board
- Spa guests may be accompanied by a non-spa guest staying in the same room.
Your treatments :
4 treatments per day for 6 days, chosen from :
- individual water treatments, such as the hydromassage bath, whirlpool bath, and jet-spray shower
- water treatments in the swimming pool, such as underwater jet sprays, aquagym, relaxation.
- algae treatments and wraps
- various types of massage
- specific treatments and disciplines such as stretching, yoga.
Included in your package
- Attendance at a conference chaired by a professional and "Agora Festivals" entertainment events, plus unlimited access to certain Fitness Centre activities
- Towels and bathrobes are provided at the Institute.
- You may start your Vitality program any day of the week.
- For all stays of 6 days or longer, spa guests must have a doctor's letter stating their suitability for treatment
- Languages spoken at reception: French and English.
- Language in which treatments are given at the Institute: French.

Discovery package
For a taste of the benefits of spa treatments
Your accommodation :
- 2 nights at the hotel on a half-board basis
- Spa guests may be accompanied by a non-spa guest staying in the same room.
Your treatments :
- 3 hydrotherapy treatments per day for 2 or 3 days will give you a taste of the benefits of a complete Thalassotherapy or Thermal Spa program.
Included in your package
- Unlimited access to certain Fitness Centre activities, "Agora Festivals" entertainment events.
- Towels and bathrobes are provided at the Institute.
- You may start your Discovery program any day of the week.
- Spa guests must sign a medical waiver on arrival.
